CST should ahave moved the whole opperation West

I guess they wanted to stay close to the Government cash instead of building this company .Short sighted managaement didn't see what could happen with moving here to fabricate CO2 capture plants wher they would be needed most.I wonder what is really going on with these guys.Maybe a backdoor deal in the works to whipeout the retail investors.Seen it a hundred times on these sleasy Canadain markets.
