Anyone know about Shell Cansolv vs CST's tech?

Looks like Shell's working with Saskpower at Boundary Dam again (seems they were involved years ago). How low can costs go with amines? If what CST says is true about amine vs CA, there is only so much additional gain possible with amine solvents...

Could be a complementary tech. But news is negative as Sask seems to not go with cst.

As a leader in the field of greenwashing I'm sure Shell will get its money back on this one. I mean it is Saskatchewan where they still worship Brad Wall.
