As one of the few leading experts in this bullboard, CO2 Solutions is pretty cool and the CEO needs a raise.

I hope you are being sarcasstic.  The CEO needs to produce results for shareholders first.  I'm fine with options all day long as an incentive, but as a shareholder I would strongly object to more cash pay until there are some commercial cash flow to point to.

The top experts are never sarcastic.  The CEO is very handsome and with the right financial incentives could do some amazing stuff to give shareholders a happy ending.
