The key word is "reasonable"; since when is the community of "environmentalists" reasonable? All comes down to politics regardless of the merits and science; but I think the politics is on the side of developing the project. I am an ecologist (not self proclaimed; actually a PhD and well employed). Is amazing to me how the environmental crowd wants to stop coal (etc) development, and would rather cover the currently relatively pristine open areas with wind turbines and solar panels...just to ship the power back to their homes in the city! Sorry about my ranting...! GO CEC
