I think one has to ask, who the seller is.

 

There aren't any insiders selling, so it's not insiders.  Actually insiders have bought.

 

The only large holder(s) of this magnitude are Mineralfields and Prophecy platinum.  MineralFields has been known to sell at a loss as they are holders of Flow Through shares so even at a loss they still have the tax advantage.

 

Prophecy does not own FT's so if they're selling, they are selling a steep loss.

 

Don't know if there are other large holders, but these are the only 2 that come to mind.  I would lean more to MF's selling, but I have no proof, just speculating.  It could be PCY, but I believe John Lee wouldn't sell at such a loss.

 

Anyway, just guessing.  I'm hoping it's MF's as they have little to lose even at this price being they hold FT shares, but not much lower.  JMO
