CEC IT is funny how the econuts run this company down, stating that they don"t have enough metalurgical coal, management is no good etc. etc. The bottom line is they have the people in place to make this thing work. If you had ever been to Korea you would realize how big LG is, they are huge. The government will allow the mine to go ahead as they are pro mining.
