The last post stated, "They shut down their offices to save money and no point in have a full staff when all they were doing is waiting for the government to act. "  Just to be clear - Compliance is not waiting for the govt., the govt. is waiting for Compliance to comply with their requests.  It was not a cursory review by the environmental assessment office.  If you bother to read it, you will see that Compliance made glaring ommissions.  Ater you look at the assessment and the required, missing info., I think you may see why  its taking so long.  In this case, it is not the govt. holding up the process, its Compliance who is not in compliance.  I don't know why they even bothered because their submission was totally incomplete and their cross references were confusing, lacking or absent.  Do your homework and them make up your own mind.
