RE:RE:Shame on Comox Valley Citizens shame on Comox Valley for not wanting to be another Campbell River, home of the Quinsam Underground Coal Mine that just layed off more than half of its workforce (half of the promised 300) due to low demand and prices and still waiting for the economic bounty promised during the environmental review process.  And shame on Comox Valley for not wanting coal mine toxic seeps that are threatening valuable fish habitat rivers connected to the Quinsam mine operation and areincreasing w/o any government demand to mitigate.
