I concur

Orrzee your correct, the negativity is only a release for those determined to see Complilance fail. I don't know the mining business, but i do know how government offices work.  The government is not suppose to have a bias either way, they have an application process that must be met and Compliance consultants/experts are suppose to know how to make this happen. this is a currsory request for more information, not a decision on whether the project goes forward. Looking over the comments regarding First Nation, my impression Compliance did not properly address their concerns. Compliance more than likely addressed it without specifically referencing them as a First nation concern. Look at KOL ETF it hit a new low today. Compliance is not the only reason the stock is down in my opinion. I believe a lot of it has to do with coal, commodities in general are out of favor, blue chip stocks are and keeping inflation down is in favor. My only negativity is my investment is hurting, but I say let the dice roll on.

Please anti-Compliance folks leave the board, you would be better off writing your sad opinions on one of the 1960s environmental websites.
