i emailed IR a few times and no reply.  anyone else able to get ahold of CEC for a timeline?

You expect CEC to come up with a credible timeline? This from a company who back in October 2012 predicted the Application would be submitted soon, then by the end of the year, and finally submitted April 2013, with the results of the Application being rejected for significant information gaps.
