CEO Tapics compensation
Interesting information on the CEC Managment Information Circular posted May 16, 2013 on the Sedar website. According to the Compensation table, during the period of 2010 - 2012, CEC CEO John Tapics had his yearly total compensation increase from $220,000 to $301,146 or an increase of $81,146 ( 37% increase).
Meanwhile the stock price hit a high of 57 cents in 2011 and currently sits at 5 cents a share or a decrease of 52 cents a share ( 91% decrease ).
That's one heck of a pay versus stock price compensation model..................lol.
