My hope is by July they will have the response in, my guess is beginning of August. We could end up seeing a permit by March 2014. I would like to think that Mr. Tapics is holding  whip over the consultants that did the application.

Thanks MO, nice to see a response about the company rather than the environment.  Have to admit a bit frustrated wading through this board for informaiton and getting 90 percent garbage.  I have said things I probably shouldn't but again I say leave the environmental issues to the pros, that is what they are there for.  Seems like people wanting to be surgeons without going to
