What's so mystifying
What's so mystifying is how a company with no money, and and accumulated deficit of $6 million, keeps operating. Presumably, it is paying rent and Stephen Ellis can't be so rich after his shameful exit from the dreadful Pike disaster in New Zealand, that he is doing this for nothing.
If Compliance were a mere human, it would be collecting cans and bottles along the highway and visiting the food bank.
It's a deficiency in the way the EAO and CEAA do business, that they don't give a company so many months of non-responsiveness, before terminating the review.
