Hold the phone
Well makes sense that they are re applying. Even the doubters knew they would. God knows they have had enough time to get it fixed. It is all or nothing now and the timing is good to get this project going. If this application isn't approved they are done. I don't think any of this is coincidence it will get approved then hold on to your boots. Maybe the longs will be rewarded after all. The fact remains that the resource is there and proven.
