all i can see is  they want money but do they dilute  this much to get it  or wait  till the sector coes back as it will  then take  he bost from that  then  finance.......    i real dont see  them taking 3c money and distroy our nice small float...... beter to wait  as much a a yezar....   i herd  there talking with  three partys   ..   i hopw  they just moth ball  till next spring
