RE:RE:Insiders Firm sell.....management has no credibility. Institutions have exited the name or in the process of doing so...analysts have and will all downgrade again....SP speaks for itself. So much for "the dividend is sustainable" As crappy as it will be for remaining shareholders Crius should just take the company private again at a 60-70% discount....not a bad deal for management actually.
