ComparisonNinelives posted a week or so ago a good post on remembering to do a comparison when the results come out as they so today as a start to the proving up of the inferred resource.
My impression of the reaction today is two fold, one, it is a given that many traders buy on rumor and always sell on news.........they're not here for the whole story. Two, I think there;s a lot of tree shaking going on because the results today were exactly what we were looking for when you go back and compare as Ninelives suggested earlier.
The Once Bocas previous results that inferreed a resource of over 21 million ounces of the 54 was produced from some of the following holes. Compare them with todays release and you will see why the company said it was the most positive results yet and these would appear to indicate that since they are much higher than previous, that it is only a logical conclusion that the resource will exceed the projected 54 as well, without the step out drilling to see how much this extends yet.
