While I could use my loss on CMA to partially offset capital gains for the year, I much prefer to pay taxes on, (and because of) the success of the Company's actions and the Company's resources. The whole purpose behind my investment, like most here, is/was to see winning results. IMO a positive outcome for all CMA investors still exists.
