RE: RE: RE: good post robey easycoder
Thanks for the reply.
Please keep in mind, its not my intent to control the thoughts or actions of investors - we know that is not possible - I'm merely giving my opinion for discussion and consideration. Also please note, I won't call you an idiot, if you fail to agree with me. ;-)
Due to present circumstances we should be angry with management, however, I believe the 'jumping up and down and screaming' at management would be self-defeating. Additionally, we must disregard management's failure to respond to our emails, (or phone calls) requesting clarification of what is happening and how will it be resolved and continue to make those same requests until they are answered.
Management is, or should be on the defensive, for the present condition of the Company. The primary reason, IMO, due to their failure to review - and they have had years to do so - the viability of the NI 43-101 Reports. Granted, the CEO. the CFO, the BOD, (excluding Holcapek) are not qualified engineers, but they are literate and they all should possess basic math skills and as I mentioned, they have had years to review the NI 43-101 Reports - We can compare this with being in the middle of an ocean and checking the bottom of our boat for holes or leaks.
Apart from management's inaction, (mentioned above) investors should be angry with management for the statement they made.
"The Company also announces that the Board of Directors has initiated a review of Cream's strategic alternatives intended to maximize shareholder value. A Special Committee of independent directors ("the Special Committee") has been appointed."

The sole purpose of management and the BOD is to 'maximize shareholder value' utilizing any and all legal means to do so. The released statement, IMO, suggests they have not been objective and open-minded.
