Latest Goldminerpulse Estimate

Latest Goldminerpulse Estimate

After looking at new estimates, I have sent an email to Dennis Boyko regarding his totals. See my email to Dennis below.

*****************************************************************************************************************

Dennis

Thanks again for your reply.

I’m not trying to be a pain in the ___,,,, but. I totaled the numbers and arrived at the following.

The 8-3-2012 amended MD&A shows

Total measured and indicated:

Au = 48,435 ounces

Ag = 7,220,000 ounces

Total Inferred:

Au = 42,783 ounces

Ag = 5,770,000 ounces

Shouldn’t your ‘more’, (most optimistic resource estimate) show the following totals?

Au – 48,435 + 42,783 = 91,218 ounces*

Ag – 7,220,000 + 5,770,000 = 12,990,000 ounces*

*I do note your mention of ‘rounding figures/numbers

I will retain this message for personal, future reference, thus I have added the following:

Mr. McBride uses a 50 to 1 ratio for Au and Ag, as excerpt from Report shows, (below):

“Notes and Assumptions;

A cut-off grade of 50 g/t silver was used for underground resources and 20 g/t for open pit resources.

Metal prices assumed were US$30.00 per ounce for silver and US$1,500.00 per ounce for gold.

Average true widths range from three metres to five metres.”

Using the 50 to 1 ratio we have the following:

Au – 91,218 x 50 = 4,560,900 Ag equiv ounces

4,560,900 + 12,990,000 = 17,550,900 Ag equiv ounces TOTAL

Using the 50 to 1 ratio we have the following:

Ag – 12,990,000 / 50 = 259,800Au equiv ounces

259,800 + 91,218 = 351,018 Au equiv ounces TOTAL
