RE: RE: RE: MD&A Summary-Sedar Aug 28 Filing

Management would not be working at all if investor's votes had not first given them their jobs. Management is not there for us, they are there because of us.

Speaking of all the 'little people' and how they don't matter, (and also about the water we are treading). Think of all the 'little people' that took a moment to pee in the ocean, without fanfare); present water(?) level would not be at its current level without their involvement - No, don't drink the water, but do think about how it got there - Non-management and/or poor management and perhaps honest management is just the opposite, lack of involvement by 'little people' has opened the window of opportunity and allowed growth.

Investors should realize, (and I'm certain most do) it takes about the same amount of time to send an email to management as it does to post a message here - If I were to judge the attitudes of readers based on how my posts have been received today, I would have to assume they don't want to be involved, or they want someone else, (not themselves) to save the day,,,, or they are hoping for the Company's failure.

JMT

PS

I'm not treading water, I'm in a boat. ;-)
