I don't see the Report as bad news. McBride has verified his earlier Report and said Report attests to realistic, 'actual' resources. Granted his numbers don't compare to the exaggerated numbers formerly given, but they are real and they have substantial value. Additionally he draws our attention to the very likely outcome of increasing the resource totals. See below.
McBride’s Recommendations
Previous drilling has been interpreted using considerable faulting and while some are seen in the field, the author suspects that the fault displacements are less important than presented. Possible extensions of zones across fault zones were noted during the resource calculation and these should be tested as they represent the potential to rapidly increase the resources.
Currently CMA is trading at $.08 a share in the US markets; at $.08 a share a 10,000,000 share offering, (or warrants) would pay for Phase 1 exploration. With that expenditure resource totals, IMO, would increase substantially.
