CMA Future? Back from vacation, CMA performance not a welcoming sight.
More of the same nothing from management accompanied by another screw-up on BCSC filings - I'm referring to the NI 43-101 filing that failed to meet BCSC standards.
I note on Sedar, Annual Meeting notice was filed October 10, 2012, (no mention on Company website, no press release) date of record for voting is today, November 5, 2012. Perhaps management is hoping for low attendance/participation by investors, enabling them to retain their positions and keep the paychecks coming for another year.
I was reviewing CMA management this morning and note that one of the directors currently serving, Dwayne L. Melrose, has qualifications - and is successful - that would better serve the Company and its investors as CEO. I suggest that all investors reading this message review his bio on Company website and consider him as a replacement of Mr. O'Connor. If enough investors emailed, Christopher Hebb, LLB, Chairman of the Board and asked that a vote take place, (regarding the replacement of Mr. O'Connor by Dwayne L. Melrose) perhaps we might see some positive progress with CMA - Just a suggestion, but remember, doing nothing guarantees we will get more of what we are getting now, losses.
