The optimism you refer to is due to the failure of all who have attempted to tell investors that value is "0" for CMA resources. True the quantity of resources now appear to be less, but there is still value and that value represents a share price that is in excess of my investment. If management would, as a group, act upon the directions given by 2 brain cells they could wring the value out of those resources - And there is a good possibility of additional resources to be found.
