RE: Who would sell at this price????It has been pure retail dog eat dog. That's fine. I can play that game too and I agree, FE is a steal down here. I think you see this nickel and diming by retailers until the financials are released. Then again, we haven't seen much institutional buying lately and they can wade in at any time. Don't get caught short, because this one can hurt you pretty quick.
