Find/Shiningbank merger US holders

Find/Shiningbank merger US holders I received notification from my broker (Fido) of the proposed merger. In the letter they implied that US Find shareholders would not receive trust units of Shiningbank, but instead, cash from the sale of the units. Are other US holders of Find hearing the same thing?
