Pembina Oil

With oil supply in question and high oil prices does anyone think the government will push a little hard on the land owners in the Pembina to open up that potential oil wealth more quickly. I looked at the Burmis presentation and they are in some massive oil wells that had initial production of over 1900 boe day. Find is looking deep it simply needs licenses, they have a 3D they shot with Burmis over a large Pembina area looking for a nisku play. Large finds are close by, its all in their new presentation, for fun look at Burmis land map and over lay Finds land map and look what you see.

Cash is not required for a "buyout" Look how True and TKE.un got together. Find and BME are already in a joint venture partnership. BME could be merged with FE via an exchange of shares into a new entity or through a cashless acquisition through the issue of Capital Stock from Find's treasury.

"Issue capital stock from Find's treasury"? They could do a secondary if that's what you mean. Again, the upside for Find would be miniscule. They can grow their own production 3000 BOED far cheaper. It would definately be a boon for BME stockholders, who, let's face it, are the ones who are kicking this cat around to start with.
