The question mark goes after your word "secondary".
My expression "issue capital stock from treasury" is the correct nomenclature (at least it is in Canada).
If you are not comfortable with technical accounting terms, take accounting course 101.

I'll have to do that. I guess you need to be an accounting 101 graduate in order to fully appreciate pointless takeovers.
