RE:RE:RE:RE:Seem the closer we get to 14th the lower the price
He is referring to the fact that old Creso warrant holders may be exercising now rather than wait for post consolidation. There are some warrants with a .10 strike. Even if I were a Creso holder from

RE:Seem the closer we get to 14th the lower the price
Me thinks it is being walked down and we could see it climb next couple of days before CXT ceases to exist. And I expected NewCo to start trading sharply higher as well.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When does Dundee Sustainable start trading
Well, I own a ton of this stock as CXT and @ $.18 it's a 3 bagger for me already. That said, I'll hold on until it's a 30 bagger ($1.50-2.00), sell half my holdings and let the rest ride

RE:RE:RE:RE:When does Dundee Sustainable start trading
Yes, in that case the stock should be in 50c+ range right now. What would support a valuation of $2 post amalgamation? Anybody run any models? Just curious

RE:RE:RE:When does Dundee Sustainable start trading
1.50-2.00 would tell me the stock should be trading at .75- 1.50 now, and that's not happening, so what do you see changing in the next week ?

RE:When does Dundee Sustainable start trading
Assuming all conditions to the amalgamation are satisfied or waived, the amalgamation is expected to become effective on or about March 14, 2014.
