There is an air of arrogance from the IR rep. His attitude is demeaning to shareholders as if they are just the riff raff who he unfortunately has to deal with.  On the company side, they should have responded following the slap down nor have they improved the web site which needs improvement.  This may turn out to be a BIG winner but that never excuses the poor attitude.
