I am sure there will numerous of them available to talk to in some form involved with investigating the financial creativity this thing has undergone. So if you were involved with this then interpret it however you see fit. If you have no association with the company then why worry? And by the way if you really want to get into legality of allegations why don't you look back at your post on all the mud you slung at Schiffner and trying to make it sound like he was the reason for the company's downfall. Are you kidding!!!! Not that I could care less about him as I have already stated that the Schiffner clan will get called to the carpet on this mess as well but get real if you think anyone is going to believe you for a moment that it was his fault. Wreck-doll is the captain of this and him and his cronies take the responsibility.
i will tell you how sure I am about the ultimate fate of this racket. If it weren't for the impossibility to short it due to the float, I would gather every nickel I had and short every stinking share that was available. Stick a toothpick in it, this turd is done.
