Payroll doesn't come from company cash - they borrow it! Do I think they will able to borrow? NO. Any severance, pay, vacation pay will NOT be there. There have been 100's of instances of that happening. CSF doesn't do anything without a court order compelling them to. You will get little, if anything. AND your friend may be right. Some may see you as tainted by all this, but I would not worry about it
