RE:Where did all the money go !!

RE:Where did all the money go !!
Good question, I have been researching deep online and found a google map of his home, a home Gordon paid 12 million for... his swimming pool is probably bigger than my place I live in. I am going to be honest, managers and associates make bonuses - bonuses based on how much fees we make in any given month - fees being the 21%, well at one point it was over 26% even though we were advertising 21% in Ontario - I was told by my Regional when I informed them that or 'new' BOSS program was calculating the brokerage fees incorrect, was that 'if they borrow the brokerage fee, then it is more than 21%' I questioned the fact that I was never informed of that nor is it disclosed anywhere in our documentation/pamphlets. Profitable stores that were in the + of 34,000 or more per month would make great bonuses - 8% of that for bonus - all associates would share 8% and the manager would get a flat 8% as well. Not to mention all the contests and incentives to sell bank accounts and prepaid mastercards... I hated the prepaid mastercards, for the simple fact if any card was in the negative at month end, it came off my p and l's making my bonus less due the store claiming it as an expense, so that is one of the reasons why I hardly pushed the cards - it wasn't worth it for me nor the customer in the end due to all the charges. Assistive I am not sure about, all I know is the rumors I had heard about the schiffner family and gordons daughter. I feel bad for the investors and the customers... I am wondering how I should proceed - continue on plugging along or get up and go.
