Crash and burn

Wonder if the big wigs know that the majority of their employees want to see the business fold?  Th only ones who don't are the ones who believe the spin and kiss butt. Says something about the integrity of this company. Your own people willing you to fail...  Tsk tsk..  Perhaps you should have treated them better from the beginning. You reap what you sow.

So very true SOW!  I worked for a company years ago that was having problems.  It was like a family, my sister worked there, my Dad was Controller.  When things started to tank, there was no BS, no hiding the facts.  We all were told what was happening.  The plant workers, office staff all knew the real story.  Everybody stayed till the last possible moment.  I ...more

I guess I should resign myself that this business will probably survive. It certainly is business as usual according to all emails with upcoming initiatives and such. They have not missed a beat. Absolutely nothing has changed. It's up to me to make a change that will make a difference to my conscience. The PTB don't have a concience and I'm sure they will not change business practices ...more

SOW I understand your frustration! I have watched this company get away with murder for years. They have dodged every bullet its almost like they sold their soul to the devil and the devil is keeping his part of the bargain! But do not stop being on the site reading and sharing. A few good things I see is validation, therapy and a whole bunch of people that needed to speak for a very long time! I ...more
