Since I've been called troll pinko lesbian & commie

I'm actually a fiscal conservative. I work as an advisor to numerous international investors that have financial stakes in everything from resort properties in central america to office vending machines. We've gone out of our way to make sure everyone knew the payday loan industry is a gamble & for the most part unethical, and you people have done nothing but solidify that point. By advising not to invest in CSFS we saved our clients over $10/share at the time & have been proven right time & time again. Quit trying to justify your companies actions through name calling as that just proves that you have no response to facts.

No one is justifying the company actions. What we mean to say is we provided financing to high risk clients whom rudential, easyfinancial & even moneymart would not accept. We provided them credit with lower charges than even other competitors. It depends how each branch was run. If you act in best interest of clients, you will ask them to just pay minimum 50% in 2 weeks(balance accumulates ...more

Well now, that explains it all as to why you come in here, expect us to sit back and have you call us all uneducated, poor people = an advisory you say, interesting. My father is a very well established entrepreneur in the West and has always stated when teaching me how to invest my monies to stay away from those Resort properties in CA as most of them are shoddy, so does that mean I get to call ...more

Just an FYI from a branch perspective. Every person has a choice about walking into our doors. I did not grab any of our clients and drag them by their hair into our office and force them service. The way you represent yourself, I have little belief that you work in finance. I myself have offered clients a respectable way out and have personally monitored this. The majority of our clients that ...more

They don't have a choice though. It's a 'last resort' service. What, exactly, is the choice? What did each of those customers 'choose' payday loans over? If the choice is feeding one's children or taking a payday loan, it's really no choice at all. If the choice is paying rent, getting to work, paying for medicine, or getting a payday loan... again, it's not ...more

Just some info regarding my post: 1. The majority of my clients do have addictions - OVER SPENDING ADDICTIONS     When I go through their bank info, I will see other payday loan companies on them. I will see retail      retail stores after retail stores and liquor stores. They may not be alcoholics, but I am surprised by      some statements to see stores on ...more

Oh boy Renterab, you got that right!  People need to learn to control themselves and their spending!  I worked in a branch in AB and I would shake my head somedays.  Young guys, obviously making decent money on the rigs would need to come in and take the max amount every 2 weeks.  Driving brand new 50,000 trucks and with families!  The one's that really bothered me ...more

It has now gotten to the point that if I see another loan company on the bank statement, I will subtract their debit from the clients payroll and then provide them with 60% of what is left. I will not be placing clients in a worse situation then they already are. I have even flat out denied clients loans when they have 3 other payday loan companies on their statement. I refuse to set my branch up ...more

That's the way it should be done.  We had clients who would borrow from us, Instaloans and the Cash Store in town.  Sometimes there would be Money Mart on their statement as well.  I don't live in a large city but now we have the one that offers 300 for 20, can't remember the name, 2 Instaloans, a Cash Store, Cash Canada and a few pawn stores that do payday loans as well ...more

Well it looks like the company doesn't want to pay a bonus. So the company tells us that they are cleaning out our flagged loans and told us that they would average out the past few months so that it wouldn't hit our bottom line. Today the company decided that the offer is off the table and now we can take that loss. Very sketchy! Lmao I am not worried - I just really careless now. Jobs in ...more
