I don't think there is the opportunity to run it better / grow it faster.   Granted, current management acted far too slowly in recognizing  and dealing with the problems of the 2008 recession - But they have risen to the occasion and done what is necessary to turn CSA around.
Unfortunately, the industry they are in is problematically low margin and highly competitive.   
That being said, their competition do post better results on a regular basis.  See  WJX (their industrial distribution division kinecor), AIT, KAMN, etc.    
I like the fact that someone from Canaccord is on the buy.  But don't forget, someone is also on the sell side.  Only one will be right!
