It is trading at 1.04 for a couple reasons - No one would buy it (and pay commission) for 1.07 when they will get back 1.07 The deal is not closed and there is a chance it may not close

Stock Price is up to .79 cents for no apparent reason, no news releases on potential buyers since June, CFO leaving the end of December.........hmmmmmmm sounds suspicious!!

It seems to me that if your CFO lives in another country and you are not actively recruiting something is happening. We have heard another executive member is gone as well. Tha saga continues.
