Steady as she goes Share price is holding steady above $1 on very light volume. I think we are at a reasonable valuation. No proof they can drive earnings much higher on current revenue; Sales growth, while probable likely won't be explosive. Some economic overhang as well with all the global uncertainty.
As an acquisition they'd likley command a higher price; But as a stand alone company with modest growth prospects I'd think the stock will continue to stay flat and even pull back a bit.
No insiders buying anymore since October.
