AGM

AGM

Rumors are flying around of a very heated AGM. Apparently some minor shareholders showed up and asked some questions of the President /secretary regarding various items including the IDG deal which CSA is bound to pay $435,000 to IDG if another offer comes in and is accepted. Apparently the board defended their action of costing the CSA $700,000 ($435k to IDG and $300,00 for legal and accounting fees) it's no wonder this company is going down the tubes! The chairman also defended the fact that in all the acquistions made over the last several years ALL of the key people from those companies have left, a lot of them starting new companies to compete with CSA, unbelievable!!!!!! Let's all hope these minor shareholders don't give as I think they are the last chance to save this company. Kudos' to you whoever you were!
