Sounds like a fun AGM. 

Yes, apparently the founders ot the original Priv.Co. (that founded T.CSA) stood up and sounded like they knew what they were talking about. Likley the largest shareholders if they founded the original.

My Source tells me that only one board member stood up to defend management. The rest hung their heads. 

Apparently, the shareholders said they had been trying for three years to get a shareholders list to solocite votes but were blocked (pretty sure thats a nono) and managment admitted it in front of the whole meeting (another ouch). Even corporate counsel tried to block them in the meeting but apparently they read the law out loud and the board relented. Ouch again. This is just getting started.

Lets hope Jeb, Cletus and the rest of the Clampetts don't screw up again.   Unfortunately I don't think we are going to see $1.50 a share offer again.   Clearly this is a cluster***k and it will have driven the market value lower as company lower.
