Rumors but little else happening
It seems the rumors of an impeding sales were just that.
Seems odd that a new CFO hasn't been named as the current CFO isn't even living in Canada any longer but then again if you were in a position of looking at taking on a rehab project like this would you apply knowing full well that the company is up for sale?
I suspect the year end won't be rosy!

I think that break fee is still in effect until sometime early next year - Night be holding things up?
