Colombia paves the way for temporary oil production licenses
Under the plan, ANH will offer temporary licenses for blocks that bring net benefits to the nation, the watchdog said in an addendum to complementary regulations for the upstream segment published last year.
The entity added that the companies or consortiums must comply with their contractual obligations until the resources run out or production ceases to be economically viable.
