Of course everyone must do their own DD and follow their own gut instinct, but I for one, am not planning to sell anytime soon. I made that mistake 3 or 4 years ago with Athebasca Oil (ATH) when they were in the same price range. The company is now trading at over $5 bucks a share.  Arrow's reserve report is expected to be updated by mid March according to a previous post.
