dilutive, i.e a private placement/public offering and the share price over the last couple of days on top of companies comments about a special commitee evaluation possible aquisiontiions of additional properties, which woujld of course require funds. This would F those of us shareholders who are valuing a share price jump based on the metrics of 6000 boepd of oil once a few of these horizontals are drilled. An aquisistion of additional property brings risk, whithout pro rata production from existing operation.
