It looks like it is on the way to reflecting its true value.  It's becoming overweighted in my portfolio and I'm thinking of sellilng part of it and adding in another dividend payer in another sector to replace the portion that I sell....but, what to buy?  I'm looking for something relatively safe....sp upside is not a high priority...but a safe (as it can get) dividend is a requirement.  Looking for a yield ab ove 7%....so, if anyone can help me here with a list of suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
