RE:Analyst Recommendation

RE:Analyst RecommendationYes, this business model ties in with a "user pay" system... by this I mean installing sub meters in condos and apartment buildings, tenants or owners of each unit will now pay for the amount of energy they actually use in their units rather than having one bill for the entire building currently shared evenly amongst the occupants. Sub-metering is definitely a more equitable way of distributing the cost of electricity and some day hopefully water as well to those who use it. If you have a widow on a pension living in one unit...how much water and electricity does she use? vs. the large family usually from the far east who live just down the hall from the widow and some of these families cram several generations into one unit...and how much energy do they use, and oh, don't forget the grow-op in the bathtub. ECI has a great business model....I'm in for the long haul, or at least until the take over. Best...............SHUMBA
