Market must be anticipating poor earnings

It's been steady down days for the last couple weeks. I'm going to have to wait until after the release to revise my fair value calculation, but I previously calculated a rough fair value for the end of 2017 as $20.72 using very conservative assumptions. Trading at a discount to that this close to the end of the year, while the vast majority of the market seems overvalued, makes Enercare look like a good buy here.
