Look at the trajectory and price history...ECI appears headed to retest support at $11.70...if it holds, that's your buy signal.

I dont think so not unless there are grounds for this selling as institutions are hungry for non oil div payers and >6% is pretty high already.

Whatever the reason, somebody appears to exiting a large position. I have owned it happily for many years but did finally sell, and patiently looking to re-enter, but not until a new uptrend is confirmed. No near term catalyst, so selling could continue for awhile.
