BNN just announced that Desjardin have raised their price target for ECI to $15.50 arguing that the recent drop in SP has been overdone and is due to one large seller. GLTA

BNN also named the large seller as Agustus Advisors. Desjardins is not sure if they are done selling or not. Friday may have been the final washout. Again...there were 7 million shares to sell. Looks like they could have unloaded all of them.
