Yes, undervalued is putting it mildly, way undervalued as I have stated in the past. $16.00 in the relatively near future wouldn't surprise me. Let me see...S/P of $16.00 would bring the yield closer to 5%. Best.........SHUMBA

Not sure if I need to bring this to the attention of this board, but yesterday over 600,000 shares traded. Avg is about 200,000.  In the first hour of trading today, 200,000 shares have already traded. Strike that, over 270,000 shares.  I agree that it is undervalued, but only because I own it :-)  Dividend yield is a pretty poor way to value any company.  It is notoriously ...more

You are right. A non retail investor is accumulating. The main reason we are going up is we went down only because those Octavian guys sold their position and crashed the price. It was an artificial down leg. Also...last week the majority of the shares issued a year ago during the aquisition came free trading. With the expiry of the lockup period there was no selling pressure, and people were ...more

we've been through this twice in recent years. An investor group buys in then makes a takeout offer which is then rejected by our mgmt. Eventually share price drops back to low end of prior offer as big investor dumps shares and then we tread water waiting for the next big investor. Beginning of next leg apparently. In since 4.90. Love that dividend!!
